At all times members and their guests are required to dress in a manner
that will uphold the dignity of the club and the game of golf and unless
specifically declared otherwise for special occasions, the following
dress rules apply:-
Men:
Members and guests are required to be neatly and tidily attired at all
time on club premises, which includes the course, clubhouse, practice
putting green and practice fairway, to the satisfaction of the committee.
Golfing attire is permitted in the sprig bar at all times. Golf shoes
are not permitted in the lounge and dinning room. Golf shoes with spikes
are not permitted.
As a general guide, shorts are permitted, but must be the dress or walk
style, not the sports or gym style. Members are permitted to wear plain
white short sports socks. Shirts with collars must be worn at all times
and must not display advertising motifs or slogans other than designer
or maker logos.
Only shirts specifically designed for the purpose may be worn outside
shorts or trousers. Trousers must not be rolled up, nor is it permitted
to place trouser cuffs inside socks.
Certain types and styles of jeans, particularly denim jeans, are not
permitted, nor are thongs or running shoes. Footwear must be tidy and
dress shoes must be worn in the lounge and dinning areas.
It is expected that all dress shall be suitable and applicable to the
game of golf.
Ladies:
Members and their guests are requested to wear acceptable golf attire:-
• Not acceptable either on the course or in the clubhouse are
track suits, tank tops, sneakers, thongs, ugg boots, denim jeans or
shorts.
• Golf shoes are not to be worn in the clubhouse
• Shirts must be tucked in unless to be worn outside.
